Children aged 8 to 13 take part in practical, hands on activities on their terms and in their streets - pottery, cookery, woodwork, bike maintenance and more. They learn new skills and then share them, boosting their self-confidence and enabling them to play active and positive roles in their community.
Kids Kabin takes mobile trailer workshops into neighbourhoods in Newcastle upon Tyne, Middlesbrough and east County Durham, enabling young people to discover their practical and creative talents where they lack other out of school opportunities.
